The Very First Cake of 2010! 
Princess themed parties are so much fun and I was luckily able to be apart of one this past weekend! The birthday girl was turning 3 and all the mom told me was that the cake needed to be chocolate and match her pink decor. (I love having free reign every once and a while- it get's my creative juices flowing!) I decided to go with a 6 and 10 inch square, cover it in white buttercream and decorate with pink sugar crystals and flowers. I had a little help from a castle cake kit which included the towers and topper.
