Tonight, I was part of such a fun beach themed wedding reception...located at non other than Bubba's Love Shak on the Marshwalk in Murrell's Inlet, SC!
My bride, Amy, contacted me just a few weeks ago wanting colorful cupcakes for her guests. Luckily, I was available and we got to work on the theme and design! Here is what I came up with:

This was my Charleston Style Pound Cake with a Vanilla Cream Cheese and Fresh Strawberry Preserve filling. It was iced in Vanilla Buttercream with a colorful coral design...raw sugar "sand" and white chocolate seashells added the perfect finishing touch!

I had a blast with this one and thank my couple very much for inviting to be apart of their big day!
