A Tea Themed Shower

A couple of weeks ago, I had a super sweet lady write me on etsy about providing sugar cookie pops and edible bow cupcake toppers for a bridal tea she was hosting for her sister, the bride-to-be.

After talking about the theme, we decided to go with tea pot and cup shaped cookies {minus the sticks} with polka dots in the wedding colors; kelly green, black and white.

I also created edible bow cupcake toppers in kelly green for the bride's special day ... look at how cute they looked mixed in with the paper toppers:

An April Wedding

I was super lucky today!

I was invited  to be apart of an unconventional and unique vintage wedding in the beautiful Murrell's Inlet, SC!

My bride and groom are a fun couple who personalized their day to a tee ... even the bouquets were handmade by the bride herself out of vintage buttons, fabric and jewelry. {BTW: They were gorgeous!}

And the cupcakes were no exception!

We decided on buttons, whimsical flowers, feathers and bows to accessorize their mini cakes!

The Topper Cake was all about texture - done in the wedding's color and topped with these adorably odd toppers. {She's a photographer and he hearts beer! :) These toppers were found on ETSY, too! Dontcha just love that place!?} It was Confetti Cake with Chocolate Cream Cheese filling and covered in Vanilla Buttercream.

The cupcake flavors were Unbirthday Cake, Blue Eyed Beauty and S'mores. {Check out my entire menu HERE!}

Jade, you did an AMAZING job and really helped us complete our vintage wedding with all of the special details you did on the cupcakes.
